Sanitize cooling water in an environmentally friendly way and increase the cooling efficiency

At the breweries the purpose of hydro-physical water treatment is to prevent microbiological contaminants such as legionella in the cooling water in an environmentally friendly way or to remove them without using chemicals. This serves to protect the health of the workforce and the general public. At the same time, biofilm deposits in the cooling system are removed. This leads to an improvement in heat transfer and thus to an increase in cooling efficiency.

Breweries also use HP systems to clean in cleaning systems such as beer crates to reduce surfactant consumption and improve washing and drying performance. This effect is achieved by the "thinner" water, which is a result of the hydro-physical treatment. Falling costs, longer bath service lives, and less waste water are tangible added values for our customers.
