Microbiological water treatment in cooling and air-conditioning technology

Chemical companies use the HP-System for cooling and air-conditioning applications. Usually, companies use biocides to reduce the microbiological contamination of water in cooling and air-conditioning systems. This is not only harmful to the environment, but also involves a high level of manpower and costs. Additionally, there is always the risk of the biocides getting resistant. Our HP-Systems sanitize the cooling and cleaning water purely mechanically by physical effects, so that biocides are no longer necessary, or only to a minimal extent.

The advantages are clear: lower costs; maximum safety for staff; higher efficiency of the equipment; and, of course, a better environmental balance. A particular advantage over other processes is that the dead biomass is dissolved by cold oxidation and there is thus no "food" for renewed germination.
