Biocide-free cooling and cleaning water – economical and environmentally friendly

In the production of glass, things get hot, and a lot of water is required for cleaning and cooling. Due to the temperatures, the cooling water is an "ideal" playground for microorganisms such as e.g., B. Legionella. Our HP-System helps to keep the cooling water microbiologically clean without chemicals. The solution is both environmentally friendly and economical, since the systems are significantly more efficient with the same energy consumption.

"Aqueous" cleaning agents are also used to clean the glasses, e.g. before coating or laminating. The HP-System increases the cleaning and drying performance and thus the efficiency of the system.
