Reduce costs, increase efficiency—with biocide-free water treatment

Whether in cooling towers, closed machine cooling circuits, air washers of air conditioning systems or process water, there are a wide variety of possible uses for the HP-System in the plastics industry. In all cases, the fluid-dynamic technology reduces the contamination of the process water with harmful microorganisms such as legionella in an environmentally friendly way without chemical additives. At the same time, the efficiency of the cooling towers increases and the energy consumption is significantly reduced because biofilm deposits are broken down. There is a special advantage compared to other methods: the dead biomass is dissolved by cold oxidation and there is therefore no "food" for renewed contamination.

We hear more and more from customers that microorganisms are increasingly developing resistance to biocides. Since the HP-System has a purely physical effect on the microbiological contaminants in the water, it is the perfect supplement or alternative for prophylaxis and risk minimization.
